Referral terms
Program rules for attribution, qualification, review, commission status, and payout operations.
Effective October 11, 2026
Eligibility and attribution
Participants need an eligible account and an active FirstPromoter promoter record. FirstPromoter attribution rules and the existing verified attribution apply. Referral codes never grant course access, and changing or replacing verified attribution outside provider policy is not permitted.
Qualified customers and reward target
The target reward is $15 for a new paying customer whose completed payment-provider transaction is attributed by FirstPromoter. Self-referrals, duplicate commissions, refunded or charged-back transactions, invalid identities, and suspicious matching identity or payment patterns may be rejected or reversed.
Waiting period and status
Commissions begin as pending. They cannot be approved before the configured refund and fraud waiting period. Approved means eligible for the payout workflow, rejected means not qualified, reversed means a previous state was undone, and paid means the selected payout provider reports completion.
Payout operations
Payouts are not instant. An operator reviews FirstPromoter fraud state and verified payment-provider adjustments, approves eligible commissions in FirstPromoter, generates and reviews a payout batch, starts it through the configured supported payout method, and reconciles completion. FirstPromoter provides workflow tooling; these terms do not state that FirstPromoter assumes the operator’s legal responsibility for payout.
Program changes and legal review
The program may be paused, changed, or ended prospectively, while existing pending, rejected, reversed, and paid records remain auditable and applicable non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
