By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and activity performed through your account.

Quantil Labs is an AI engineering education platform. It provides digital courses, lessons, project instructions, downloadable assets, notes, progress tracking, Quick Checks, Phase Badges, Certificates of Completion, and related learning tools. A Certificate of Completion records completion of a Quantil Labs course; it is not professional accreditation, regulated certification, licensure, or an employment guarantee. Quantil Labs is not a university, accredited institution, employment agency, or certification body.

AI Engineering Foundations is optional, not a mandatory prerequisite for a specialist course. Course prerequisites and required third-party tools are described on the relevant course pages.

Every product currently offered is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. An individual-course purchase gives the purchasing account access to that course. All-Access includes exactly these four current courses: AI Engineering Foundations, AI Systems Engineer, AI Automation Engineer, and AI Security Engineer. It does not include future products.

A signed-in account is required for checkout and paid access. Access begins after a verified server notification confirms payment; a browser redirect alone does not grant access. Access continues while the service and relevant product remain offered, subject to these Terms. We do not promise “lifetime access.”

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and payment provider for current purchases. It may process payment, calculate or collect applicable tax, issue transaction documents, and handle payment or refund processing. Quantil Labs does not receive or store your full card number. Voluntary refunds are governed by the Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may use purchased content and downloadable materials for your own learning and may create, keep, and use your own project work. Unless a material expressly says otherwise, you may not:

• share accounts or paid access, copy or redistribute paid curriculum, or sell course materials;
• bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or access another learner’s information;
• use course environments, AI Tutor, or Aegis Vulnerable AI Lab to attack real systems or people, obtain unauthorized access, or violate law or third-party rights; or
• misrepresent course completion, badges, or other learning records as accreditation or professional certification.

Aegis Vulnerable AI Lab is an intentionally vulnerable educational environment. Use it only as instructed, within the provided or expressly authorized environment. Never direct its techniques toward systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

Quantil Labs and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, curriculum, branding, authored examples, and provided assets. Your purchase is a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased educational content.

You retain ownership of original work you create. You give us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display work you choose to save in the service. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

AI Tutor is an optional learning aid available in accessible course units. It can explain concepts, help debug reasoning or work, and offer bounded guidance; it is not designed to autonomously complete assignments. Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. Review and test all output before relying on it.

AI Tutor uses your own supported OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Your provider bills you directly. The key and Tutor conversation are kept in your browser’s session storage, sent to Quantil Labs servers only to process your request, and forwarded to the provider you select. They are not saved to the Quantil Labs database. You are responsible for the selected provider’s terms and protecting your key.

Course exercises may use third-party software, APIs, repositories, or services. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges are separate. Review them before use and never place secrets or personal data into an exercise unless the instructions expressly require and protect them.

We may maintain, secure, correct, or update the service and course materials. We may remove unsafe or obsolete functionality, but will not silently add future products to the current All-Access promise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or serious breach of these Terms.

Courses and AI output are provided for education and general information. Quantil Labs does not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, admissions, professional competence, model accuracy, a particular learning result, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. Non-waivable consumer rights still apply.

To the extent permitted by law, Quantil Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or third-party API charges. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable rights.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
